Jean Alon Media has been invited by the NXT Awards publicity team to cover the 2026 NXT Awards as approved media. The second annual show takes place Sunday, October 25, at Coca-Cola Roxy in The Battery Atlanta, bringing artists, entertainment, and culture together for a major night on Atlanta’s October calendar.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. The event will be hosted by media personality Tia Kemp and streamed live on Now That’s TV and YouTube. Our team will be on site covering the red carpet and the show, sharing a view of the night with our readers and followers.

A Bigger Second Year

Powered by Now That’s TV, the NXT Awards returns for its second year with more than 15 award categories. The categories span Now That’s TV talent, music, entertainment, entrepreneurship, influence, social media, and cultural impact. Voting is currently underway.

The performance lineup includes BossMan Dlow, Saucy Santana, Boston Richey, Soulja Boy, Pretty Ricky, JhonnieDamnD, Fatt Smaxx, Pluto, Taffy Babii, and Now That’s TV talent. The program will also include red carpet arrivals, VIP experiences, and fan activations.

Organizers expect more than 3,000 guests at Coca-Cola Roxy, a venue with capacity for 3,600. The scale gives the event room to bring live performances, award moments, and fan experiences together in one place.

Now That’s TV, the independent streaming network founded by CEO Teleau Belton, is building on the first NXT Awards. The inaugural show featured performances and appearances by DaBaby, YK Neice, Bunna B, K Camp, Belly Gang Kushington, Alexis Skyy, and more.

“Last year was about proving that we could build something that people wanted to be a part of. This year is about showing what happens when you take that foundation and really build on it,” Belton said.

A Fresh Moment for Atlanta

The 2026 NXT Awards arrives during a shift in Atlanta’s October entertainment calendar. The BET Hip Hop Awards are on indefinite hiatus, and ONE Musicfest is paused until 2027. The NXT Awards is not a replacement for either event. It does, however, offer audiences another opportunity to gather around music, entertainment, and culture in the city this October.

The show also brings together independent and mainstream talent, alongside creators and voices from digital entertainment. With Now That’s TV talent included in the categories and lineup, the event puts a spotlight on a range of artists and entertainers.

That mix matters to Atlanta’s creative community. Live events can help artists connect with audiences, give fans a chance to celebrate the people they follow, and create moments that travel beyond the venue. The NXT Awards adds another gathering to a city whose entertainment scene continues to draw attention.
