About the opportunity

YOU DISGUST ME is a dramatic short film about two contrasting women — a wealthy, successful woman who believes hard work is the key to success, and a working-class woman who challenges her views on poverty and privilege. Their intense confrontation explores powerful perspectives on opportunity through cinematic rap and spoken word.

The production is casting one Black female actress, ages 25–35, for a dual role. Strong acting skills, emotional range, and rhythmic delivery are essential. Experience in rap or spoken word is preferred, but not required.

This is a third-party casting call shared by Jean Alon Media — not a Jean Alon Media production.
